📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement port strategies that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Oversee the daily operations of the port, ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work with senior management to develop and execute long-term port development plans.
• Coordinate with government agencies, shipping lines, and other port operators to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Monitor port performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the port team.
• Represent the port at industry conferences and events to promote our operations and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Port Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in port management, with at least 5 years in a senior advisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing port strategies and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).
• Certification in Port Management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in a dynamic maritime environment, preferably in Indonesia.
