In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the unique needs of our students, aged 3 to 12 years. You'll use a variety of teaching methods, including games, stories, and multimedia, to make learning Mandarin both enjoyable and effective. Daily, you'll collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and administrators to ensure our students receive the best possible education.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons for students aged 3 to 12 years, using a variety of teaching methods.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and Kiddles' educational philosophy.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and administrators to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.
• Utilize educational software and tools, such as SmartKids Chinese and Happy Chinese, to enhance the learning process.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin or a similar language to young learners.
• Strong knowledge of the Chinese language, including grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context.
• Certification in Teaching Mandarin as a Foreign Language (TMFL) or a similar qualification is a plus.
• Experience using educational software and tools, such as SmartKids Chinese and Happy Chinese.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and administrators.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young minds.
