• Oversee daily operations of 7 luxury villas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to deliver seamless service.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure all villas are well-stocked with essential supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
• Monitor and maintain villa amenities, including pools, gardens, and outdoor spaces.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure villas meet safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold the highest standards of service.
• Collaborate with the property manager to implement operational improvements and new initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or villa management.
• Proven experience in supervising and leading teams in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of property management software, such as YieldManager or Airbnb Host.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
