📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and inspire a team of 5-7 HR professionals to deliver exceptional HR services.
• Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and implement employee development programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and inspiring HR teams.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS software, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
