As an Assistant Factory Manager at ETI (M) Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and leveraging advanced tools like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics to streamline processes. With a proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar role, you will bring strategic insights to enhance productivity and efficiency in our facility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Dynamics to track production data, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics for manufacturing operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
