In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, and a commitment to helping employees reach their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide feedback and support to employees during and after training.,Collaborate with managers to integrate training into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training methodologies and technologies.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
