As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing excellent support.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.,Manage store finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant management software.,Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in the hospitality or retail sector.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
