Sehati Cahya Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in inventory management and quality control.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
