As a Senior SPG, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, promoting our products, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell L'Oréal products to customers in a professional and friendly manner.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Assist in stock management and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.,Participate in sales promotions, events, and displays to drive sales and brand awareness.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Maintain a clean and attractive store display to enhance the shopping experience.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the store's performance and customer satisfaction.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong sales and promotional skills.,Familiarity with L'Oréal products and brand is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
