📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

Conduct market research and analyze sales data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.

Participate in sales training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
