Bright Pearl Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing training and development opportunities.,Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Maintaining HR records and documentation.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Providing guidance and support to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.
