PT Sinergi Kreasi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cashier to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. As a Senior Cashier, you will be responsible for managing all cash transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 2.000.000 to Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash transactions and ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.,Monitor cash levels and ensure adequate supplies are available.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and process daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure consistent service quality.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register and point-of-sale systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
