Shine Cloud Indonesia is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and success. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify and attract the best candidates.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and other external partners.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
