The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company has the necessary supplies and materials to meet operational needs. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.,Develop and maintain supplier databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the procurement strategy.,Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure quality and compliance.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.
