📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's learning and development goals,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them,Deliver training programs to employees, both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
