Sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles within the company,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations,Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts
