Go Shop Group is looking for a Lead IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior IT support staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers,Manage and mentor junior IT support staff,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
