Indonesia Furniture is looking for a Lead Data Entry Staff to join our team in Lubuklinggau. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage data entry tasks for the team,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entries,Train and mentor junior data entry staff,Coordinate with other departments to ensure data consistency,Monitor data entry processes and identify areas for improvement,Maintain and update data entry systems and software,Prepare and present regular reports on data entry performance,Handle any data-related issues or discrepancies promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a similar role,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Experience with data management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail,Familiarity with data security and confidentiality protocols
