Leaf One Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of production staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in production supervision to develop their skills and grow within a supportive and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor production schedules and resources to optimize efficiency and productivity.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet established standards.,Develop and implement production plans and schedules.,Train and mentor junior production staff to improve performance and productivity.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.,Identify and resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
