📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective client communication and support.,Assist in the development and implementation of client-specific strategies and initiatives.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the retail or related industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
