📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.,Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and functioning correctly.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
