📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Maintain a candidate database and track the recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
