📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.
- Manage inventory levels using SAP and WMS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients to manage orders and deliveries.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Proven experience with SAP and WMS systems.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and standards.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
