📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in achieving the company's sales targets.,Manage the sales team, including training new staff and providing ongoing support and guidance.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to maximize sales and revenue.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Promote the company's products and services through various marketing channels.,Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee and coffee-related products is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
