📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Maintain and update client accounts, including contact information, purchase history, and preferences.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client-specific promotions and campaigns.,Monitor client feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Provide regular reports on client performance and sales metrics to the Key Account Manager and management.,Attend client meetings and events to build relationships and demonstrate our commitment to their success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining key client relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
