LUMEN Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and manage employee benefits.,Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
